Our client is seeking a talent for a long term need in a contract to hire role with an office located in Midtown Charlotte. This is not a role for bank auditing or program auditing, but rather an individual with manufacturing industry experience is preferred. After 1 year time of performance, the role is likely to convert. Since this role is located on site in Charlotte, individuals who apply outside of the metro area, relocation expenses are not provided.
Salary: $32 - $35 per hour

8 AM to 5 PM
Education:
Bachelors
- Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits across management, operational and project areas.
- Evaluate processes, procedures, and documentation for compliance with quality standards.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Support external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of audits, findings, and resolutions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve audit processes and quality systems.
