About This Role The Director, Quality Assurance owns the execution of long‑term
ALTERED: whichever. ... (shortened for brevity) ... The Director provides guidance and leadership across the organization in implementing plans and procedures that drive achievement of quality goals.
- Establishes and implements long‑term quality strategy, including plans, guidelines, policies and processes, to ensure the achievement of quality targets.
- Leads development of organization projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving.
- Leads team collecting and analyzing quality information from multiple sources to develop long‑term quality strategy and programs.
- Leads team providing production process analyses, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for quality improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of installation quality experience for a field‑based business
- Travel 40%
- HVAC and software service experience
- Factory production quality experience
- Collaborative and bias for action
- Able to influence and drive change
- Customer‑centric and solution oriented
