- Clean driving record and the ability to travel between job sites
- Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or aquatics
- Comfortable working outside in the elements for extended periods
- Proficient with landscaping equipment (mowers, hand tools)
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Team player and positive attitude
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Average Day as a Stormwater and Grounds Maintenance TechnicianThis is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, with occasional Saturdays.
In this role, you'll inspect stormwater devices, apply herbicides to control invasive plants, remove aquatic vegetation by hand, and clear debris to ensure systems function properly. Every task you complete helps protect waterways and maintain healthy ecosystems.
