Maintenance Landscape Crew Member

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Member to join our Maintenance Division and lead onsite operations. This key role will oversee team members, ensure quality and efficiency, and contribute to maintaining G&G’s reputation for excellence.

• Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, planting, weeding, mulching, and general grounds maintenance
• Operate power equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscaping tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, vehicles, and equipment
• Load and unload tools, materials, and supplies needed for daily tasks
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members when on-site
• Support team members to ensure jobs are completed on time and meet company quality standards

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in landscape maintenance
• Expert knowledge of equipment operation (mower, weed eater, edger, blower, sprayer)
• Bilingual preferred – Spanish/English
• Driver's license preferred

• Starting pay from $18/hour, based on skills and experience
• Overtime pay for work over 40 hours, paid weekly
• Benefits available after 90 days, including paid time off, holidays, and a retirement program
