Sales Arborist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Arborist located in Charlotte, NC. The Sales Arborist will work closely with clients to assess their tree and shrub care needs, provide comprehensive recommendations, and develop customized care plans. Responsibilities include tree inspections, identification of plant health issues, creating proposals, and promoting sustainable care solutions. This role involves contributing to client education and delivering exceptional service aimed at fostering long-term customer relationships.

• Expertise in Forestry and Arboriculture, including tree health management practices
• Proficiency in Tree Identification and understanding of tree species and conditions
• Certified Arborist credentials or equivalent experience in tree care
• Strong knowledge of tree care best practices and plant treatment methods
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide professional advice to clients
• Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC, with a passion for sustainability in tree care
• Prior sales experience and understanding of customer relationship management is a plus
