G&G Landscape Solutions is a proud, locally owned, full-service landscape company with over 30 years of experience delivering premium landscape design services in the Charlotte metro area. We specialize in hardscape and landscape design, expert installation, and ongoing maintenance, transforming outdoor spaces into stunning works of art.

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our Maintenance Division and lead onsite operations. This key role will oversee team members, ensure quality and efficiency, and contribute to maintaining G&G’s reputation for excellence.

• Perform physical labor to complete maintenance tasks
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of crew members
• Coordinate schedules with the Account Manager
• Plan and organize tasks to maximize efficiency with a focus on quality
• Assist with employee training and enforce company policies
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure proper operation of vehicles and equipment

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance
• Expert knowledge of equipment operation (mower, weed eater, edger, blower, sprayer)
• Bilingual preferred – Spanish/English
• DL Required

• Starting pay from $20/hour, based on skills and experience
• True overtime pay for work over 40 hours, paid weekly
• Benefits available after 90 days, including paid time off, holidays, and a retirement program
