What you’ll do

As a Spray Technician at Fine Turf, you’ll be the hero lawns deserve — keeping yards healthy, green, and looking their absolute best across neighborhoods. Your day‑to‑day might include:

• Applying fertilizers and lawn care treatments with precision — because every blade of grass deserves a little love
• Diagnosing turf issues like weeds, pests, or disease (basically, you’re part scientist, part lawn whisperer)
• Communicating with customers clearly and professionally — you’re the friendly face of Fine Turf, so bring your charm (and maybe a few lawn jokes)
• Operating and maintaining spray equipment safely and efficiently — because we like our technicians and our gear in one piece

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for driven, hands‑on individuals who take pride in a job well done and love working outdoors. Here’s what helps you stand out:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of outdoor work experience - you don’t mind breaking a sweat
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Self‑motivated and proactive - you see what needs to be done and make it happen
• Professional references (because great work speaks for itself)
