What We Offer:
Registered Nurse (RN) Perfect Match Program | Novant Health
Novant Healths Perfect Match Program (PMP) is designed to quickly place experienced nurses into the right clinical environment through short-term rotations before permanent placement.
Selected RNs will rotate through 34 units within the same service line over a 68 week period, allowing both the nurse and the team to determine the best long-term fit.
Important:
This program is not intended for nurses looking to explore new specialties. Applicants must have at least 2 years of recent experience within the same service line in the last 3 years.
Short-term rotational experience (68 weeks) within one service line
Exposure to 34 units within that specialty area
Opportunity for permanent placement following rotation
Active RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent experience (within the last 3 years) in the same service line
Ability to work across multiple inpatient units within that specialty
Strong clinical skills and adaptability
Example:
Applicants applying to the Emergency Department Perfect Match Program must have recent Emergency Department RN experience.
- Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course. - Experience: One year of acute nursing experience required.
Licensure/Certification /Registration:
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.
