Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner; FNP​/Physician Assistant; PA

Overview

Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on‑site urgent care role in North Carolina.

Providers work independently as the sole clinical staff, managing acute and episodic patient care with established protocols and support from a dedicated team and clinical leadership.

• Assess, diagnose, and treat conditions.
• Perform procedures such as laceration repair and wound care.
• Order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
• Provide patient education.

The clinic supports 3–4 patients per hour with fully equipped facilities, EMR, and efficient workflows.

Schedule:

three 12‑hour shifts per week, rotating weekends, no on‑call duties.

Compensation ranges from $55–$70 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), malpractice coverage, student loan assistance, paid time off, CME allowance, and more.

• NC licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• Preferably 1+ years of urgent‑care experience.

Mentorship, protocol development, and shifts across multiple locations.
