North Charlotte OB/GYN provides exceptional women's health care, serving patients at three convenient locations with comprehensive gynecological, preventative, and obstetrical services.

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• BSN required. RN candidates without a BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within one year of hire/transfer and complete it within three years.
• Two years of prior leadership and OB/GYN experience preferred.

• Provide daily on-site leadership and support to clinical staff.
• Assist with patient care, clinic flow, or operational needs as required.
• Foster an open-door environment encouraging communication, collaboration, and trust.
• Ensure high-quality clinical practice standards, leveraging strong clinical judgment and experience; knowledge of Joint Commission standards strongly preferred.

Responsible for the direct provision of patient care and for assisting the manager with daily operations, including coordination of patient care/outcomes, allocation of human and fiscal resources, communications, patient throughput, program development and oversight, staff selection, development, and retention, clinical supervision and performance appraisal, performance improvement activities, service recovery, and compliance with regulatory agency requirements.
