North Charlotte OB/GYN provides exceptional women's health care, serving patients at three convenient locations with comprehensive gynecological, preventative, and obstetrical services.
Qualifications- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- BSN required. RN candidates without a BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within one year of hire/transfer and complete it within three years.
- Two years of prior leadership and OB/GYN experience preferred.
- Provide daily on-site leadership and support to clinical staff.
- Assist with patient care, clinic flow, or operational needs as required.
- Foster an open-door environment encouraging communication, collaboration, and trust.
- Ensure high-quality clinical practice standards, leveraging strong clinical judgment and experience; knowledge of Joint Commission standards strongly preferred.
