💰 $60,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience)

🕒 Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts

Community-Based Nursing With Purpose

Pyramid Healthcare’s Charlotte Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-intensity behavioral health nursing services directly in the community.

This role is ideal for nurses who want a weekday schedule
, autonomy in the field, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact beyond traditional hospital settings.

• 🚗 Company vehicle & cell phone provided (plus mileage reimbursement)
• 🧠 ACTT-specific onboarding and ongoing training
• ⏰ Monday–Friday schedule with flexible field-based structure
• 🤝 Supportive, mission-driven multidisciplinary team
• 📞 On-call rotation: 1 weekday and rotating weekends

• Coordinate client care and collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers
• Monitor medication compliance and administer IM injections per prescription
• Manage medication inventory, supplies, and refills
• Record vital signs and assist providers during client appointments
• Complete AIMS assessments at admission and every six months
• Provide medication education to clients, families, and ACTT staff
• Transport clients as needed to medical appointments and community resources
• Travel throughout the community to provide direct nursing services
• Participate in rotating crisis response/on-call coverage, including:
  • After-hours assessments
  • Hospital diversion
  • Commitment procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-based model
• Behavioral health or community nursing experience preferred (not required)
