What We OfferThis role is Full-Time Nights (7pm to 7am). Sign-on bonus available up to $30,000! Relocation assistance up to $7,500. This unit is perfect for RNs looking to train and transition into critical care while being supported by experienced mentors.
What You’ll Do- Care for patients in a 24-bed Neuro Intermediate ICU with a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
- Manage neurological conditions including:
Stroke (embolic & hemorrhagic), Subdural & subarachnoid hemorrhages, Seizures, mild-to-moderate TBIs, lumbar drains - Support medical overflow such as DKA, respiratory complications, sepsis, trachs, and stable vents
- Collaborate with supportive roles to focus on care planning and critical decision-making
- Occasionally support patients in sister cardiac and medical units
- Comprehensive training and mentorship for those looking to enter or advance in critical care

What We're Looking For- Education:
4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. - Note:
If your RN license has been inactive, retired, or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, a Board-approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. You must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course. - Experience:
One year relevant experience, preferred. - Licensure/Certification:
Current RN licensure in the appropriate state, required.
