$38.20 - $57.30

This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible.

Working at Pineville’s Newest Oncology/Med/Surg unit means joining a new unit that offers the opportunity to grow with a team from the ground up. Our population consists of Oncology, GI, respiratory, cardiac, diabetes, and short stay surgeries such as cholecystectomies and appendectomies. Caring for our Oncology/medical/surgical population will provide our nursing team with a robust and diverse skillset that gives nurses confidence in any setting.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and clear communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
