- 3, 12-hour night shifts per week
- Holiday/Weekend rotation
Pay Range: $34.90 - $52.35
This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible.
Where You Will Work5 Tower is a med/surg unit specializing in GI and head and neck surgeries. This unit works with many surgery groups specializing in the following surgeries: tracheostomies, laryngectomies, hernia repairs, colo-rectal surgery, cholecystectomies, appendectomies, ostomy takedowns, as well as other procedures. Patients typically have drains, wound vacs, and Foley catheters. 5 Tower is one of the only units with the ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) program with our colo-rectal surgery group.
We9reLooking For
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
