As our Nurse Manager for the Pineville ED
, you’ll guide a high-performing team of Registered Nurses, ED Techs, and multidisciplinary partners in a dynamic environment that serves patients of all ages. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and APPs while driving exceptional outcomes in a primary Stroke and STEMI center equipped with advanced diagnostics and comprehensive support services — all backed by a leadership team committed to your success.

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license
• Education Requirements:
• Must have or complete an MSN if undergraduate degree is not BSN
• Enrollment in an MSN program required within 1 year of hire/transfer
• Completion of MSN required within 5 years of hire
• If undergraduate degree is BSN, a Master’s from a health-related field or an MBA is acceptable
• Previous management experience preferred
• BLS required per policy guidelines
• Professional certification (clinical or leadership) required within 1 year of eligibility
• A strategic, engaged leader ready to manage daily operations, elevate team performance, and drive high-quality outcomes in a busy ED setting
• Strong ED clinical experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities
