Registered Nurse (RN) - Atrium Ambulatory Surgery - Morehead Medical Plaza, Charlotte, NC (Full Time)
Join Atrium Health as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Ambulatory Surgery clinic at the Morehead Medical Plaza. You will provide comprehensive patient care, support surgical teams, and educate patients and families.
Location: Atrium Health Morehead Medical Plaza Outpatient, Charlotte, NC
Department: Carolinas Medical Center - Surgical Services (MMP1)
Schedule: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00 (40 hours per week)
Status: Full Time
Pay Range: $32.45 – $48.70 per hour

Responsibilities- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process in an ambulatory surgery setting.
- Educate patients and families at clinic visits and over the phone.
- Collaborate with general and colorectal surgeons, and the Digestive Health team, to deliver safe therapeutic care.
- Use evidence‑based practice and clinical decision‑making to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe patient environment and collaborate with the care team to enhance the patient experience.
- Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience preferred; BSN preferred.
- Ambulatory Care or Surgery certifications preferred.
