Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse LPN (Various Shifts/Patients).

• Provide private duty nursing care to assigned patients in the home setting as an LPN/LVN.
• Collaborate with family, caregivers, and clinical team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice. Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) - Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
