Overview
Angels of Care Home Health is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. Pay range: $29-$33/hr we provide one-on-one home health care to medically fragile patients since 2000.
Responsibilities- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care.
- Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome; training provided).
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
