Nurse Dash is expanding to Charlotte, North Carolina! We’re seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our platform and start picking up flexible, part-time shifts at top assisted living, long-term care, and skilled nursing facilities in the Charlotte area.

RN Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care and clinical oversight in accordance with facility policies

Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently

Conduct assessments, monitor resident conditions, and adjust care plans as needed

Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and care staff during shifts

Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and facility leadership

Accurately document care, observations, and incidents

Adhere to infection control and safety procedures at all times

Participate in care conferences, staff meetings, and shift handoffs

Foster a compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care environment

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina

Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or SNF setting

Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility

Strong clinical decision-making and leadership abilities

Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus

CPR certification preferred
