Pay Range: $99.75 - $159.60 per hour. Entry level starting salary $215,996 per year. $100,000 sign‑on bonus.
Position Highlights- Work at Atrium Health Mercy’s Musculoskeletal Institute (MSKI) which focuses on total joint replacements, sports medicine, general surgery, orthopedics, labor & delivery, ENT & dental.
- Shift opportunities include days, afternoons, overnight call, with 8, 10, 12, or 24‑hour options. Weekend/holiday shifts are emergent/urgent cases only.
- CRNAs serve as the airway team, answering all Code Blues and assisting with arterial line insertions overnight in the ICU.
- Participate in committees and teaching opportunities for allied health learners and graduate students.

NC RN licensure required. Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia required. CRNA licensure required. BLS, ACLS, and PALS from AHA required. Experience with ENT & Dental, general surgery, and orthopedics preferred.
ResponsibilitiesThe Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) provides anesthesia, analgesia, and pain management services across the patient lifespan in a variety of settings. Clinical responsibilities may include ambulatory, surgery center, and/or hospital anesthesia services. The CRNA participates as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide safe, high‑quality, cost‑effective, and evidence‑based care.
