Nurse Practitioner

Join a dedicated healthcare team providing patient care in post-acute facilities. This role involves managing and coordinating care for an assigned population, with comprehensive training and supervision by a Medical Director.

• Deliver exceptional patient care, communicate effectively with staff and physicians, conduct patient rounds, write orders, and coordinate tests and procedures.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records, handle billing-related documentation, and adhere to facility policies.
• Requires excellent communication, empathy, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred qualifications include one year of relevant experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, or general practice. Must hold a Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certification.
