ASC Registered Nurse - OR Circulator – Ortho Carolina

We are currently searching for an ASC Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our Mallard Creek Ambulatory Surgery Center location. 40 hours a week, normally within the hour structure 5:00 am‑7:30 pm. Ambulatory experience is preferred. PACU experience is required.

The RN will exemplify our organization’s values of Quality, Teamwork, Service and Community. Demonstrated technical expertise in orthopedic peri‑operative nursing and clinical care. This individual will also be responsible for the coordination of the telephone pre‑admission assessment process for patients in the ASC environment.

• Function as a team member in an ASC environment through cross‑training to other primary areas including assisting with turnover and all other aspects of day‑to‑day ASC operations.
• Coordinate the telephone pre‑admission assessment process for patients in the ASC environment.

• Experience delivering excellent service to physicians and patients and participating in high‑performing teams.
• Ability to function as a team member in an ASC environment through cross‑training to other primary areas including assisting with turnover and all other aspects of day‑to‑day ASC operations.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, college or university.
• Current license/registration by NC as a registered Nurse.
• At least two years’ experience in ambulatory; PACU experience required.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
