AboutThe Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing department. In this full-time, salaried position, you will play a critical role in driving strategic marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and increasing customer engagement. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable business goals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools).
- Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
