• Support scheduling and logistics for media planning sessions with the marketing team and agency
• Conduct research on emerging trends in the paid media space and maintain relationships with external partners

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in processing invoices and managing financial documentation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in using project management tools and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Previous experience in a marketing or advertising environment
• Familiarity with paid media channels and reporting processes
• Knowledge of Live Ramp or similar data management platforms
