We’re partnering with a leading global law firm to find a talented Strategic Client Events & Regional Marketing Specialist to join their Charlotte team. This role offers a hybrid work setup, primarily based in the office, with opportunities to support impactful client engagement initiatives. The position involves developing and executing strategic marketing and event plans designed to strengthen client relationships, enhance the firm’s market presence, and drive revenue growth.
This role is ONSITE in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with office leadership to create and implement strategic marketing and business plans for the Charlotte office.
- Lead planning and execution of client events, receptions, seminars, and hybrid programs, overseeing all logistical details.
- Manage virtual webinars, CLEs, and client briefings, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
- Oversee event budgets, track expenses, and evaluate return on investment for various initiatives.
- Develop marketing collateral, maintain digital content, and support local promotional activities.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or events within a professional services environment, preferably at an AM law firm.
- Experience with CRM systems and event management platforms such as Cvent.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with a professional demeanor.
