This role within our brand marketing organization sits within our sponsor ships team and will help manage detail-oriented deliverables and processes that are critical to the success of campaigns and activations for our programs. The ideal candidate will bring marketing and sponsor ships experience, a working knowledge of project management, opportunity evaluation, contract management, procurement, and compliance oversight, and strong operational skills to support our sponsor ships team in working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

4-days in office, 1-day hybrid

Pay: $70-80k

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the review and documentation of new sponsorship opportunities
  • Assist in communicating objectives, initiatives, and successes across the marketing organization and to other lines of business
  • Coordinate ticket management with internal and external stakeholders including planning, documentation, and distribution
  • Provide on-site activation support for marketing activations across various programs
  • Manage compliance related processes, oversight, and execution of controls
  • Facilitate procurement and finance related tasks such as vendor set-up, contracting, purchase orders, invoice management, and payment schedules
  • Support and collaborate with teammates on creation of documents, decks, and other deliverables for internal presentations, hospitality guides, event recaps, etc.
  • Collaborate with In-House Agency and end-to-end partners on approving and delivering creative deliverables
  • Lead inventory management for branded premiums, apparel, and hospitality assets across programs
  • Partner with internal teams like Corporate Communications, Brand Leads, In-House Agency, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and others to execute sponsor ships programs
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Sponsorship and Event Marketing workflows including contracting, asset management, activation planning, budget management, legal and compliance processes, and cross-functional marketing collaboration
  • Experience partnering with legal, procurement, finance, and marketing leadership
  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate sponsor ships language into clear guidance for cross-functional teams
  • Ability to maintain detail-oriented documentation that is critical to both program success and operating in a compliant environment
  • Ability to think critically and strategically in a fast-moving environment, willing to make adjustments when the situation calls for it
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple assignments with varying deadlines
  • Customer service orientation;
    Professional presence and superior client relationship skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in marketing, sponsor ships, communications, business, or related field is required
  • Exposure to sponsor ships, event marketing, or partnership marketing
  • 5+ years of practical Sponsor ships role working for a Brand, Property or Advertising Agency
