Location
  • Primarily remote within EST/CST (preference for Charlotte, NC).
Responsibilities
  • Lead development of integrated marketing programs that translate brand strategy and goals into clear plans, KPIs, and guidance for supporting teams.
  • Continuously review performance data and competitor insights to identify store‑level needs and opportunities.
  • Serve as liaison to OEMs and agencies, sharing timely updates on messaging, launches, events, and ensuring brand and compliance standards are met.
  • Deeply understand target audiences and local market dynamics to shape segmentation, community partnerships, sponsor ships, and event‑based marketing.
  • Own brand‑level budgets, including co‑op and local activation funds, while overseeing dealership website accuracy and competitiveness and supporting annual planning.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, including planning and executing multi‑channel programs and managing budgets.
  • Automotive retail industry experience required, with familiarity with dealership operations and OEM programs.
  • Proven ability to assess marketing performance, identify differentiators, and translate insights into action.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics/GA4, plus comfort with project‑management tools (e.g., Asana, ) and the Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and own results.
