Campaign Execution SpecialistWe are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Campaign Execution Specialist to support the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role will work closely with field marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech‑savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and launch multi‑touch campaigns (webinars, content promotions, seasonal pushes).
- Build campaign assets: emails, landing pages, forms, ad copy, and social posts.
- Set up campaigns end‑to‑end in Hub Spot: import segmented lists, schedule sends, configure automation.
- Own campaign execution from creation to launch.
- Create and refine reusable templates and workflows in Hub Spot.
- Maintain a campaign playbook and update templates based on performance data.
- Manage the master marketing calendar and consolidate inputs from Field Marketing and Central teams.
- Send reminders for key deadlines and help run weekly marketing syncs.
- Coordinate with Sales Enablement and other teams on joint efforts.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing Managers and content creators to develop or repurpose campaign content.
- Write short‑form copy and coordinate with designers for visuals.
- Maintain and organize the marketing collateral library.
- Assist regional marketing managers with campaign setup tasks.
- Execute smaller campaigns (e.g., newsletters, holiday emails) to support bandwidth.
- QA campaign elements: test rendering, verify links, and ensure tracking accuracy.
- Maintain spreadsheets or databases for campaign performance and lead tracking.
- Handle manual data cleanup and organization when needed.
- Proofread communications, order marketing swag or print materials, and update process documents.
- 2+ years in digital marketing or campaign operations.
- Experience with Hub Spot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.

Compensation- Base Salary Range: $40,000 – $50,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
- Bonus:
Annual performance‑based bonus up to 6% of base salary
