What You'll Do- Lead the marketing team, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, improve customer loyalty, and generate sales leads, including trade shows, website sales, and digital & email marketing.
- Communicate key performance metrics to the executive team and collaborate cross‑functionally to achieve business objectives related to marketing, demand generation, and customer engagement.
- Partner with SEO and e‑commerce teams to execute state‑of‑the‑art strategies utilizing PR, social media, advertising tools, and emerging market trends.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives and website changes that support online conversions and develop sales tools.
- Coordinate and manage the marketing budget, monitoring, optimizing, and reallocating resources to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust the company marketing strategy to stay current and effectively promote the Teguar brand.
- Develop an internal AI strategy for resource optimization, driving leads from AI & LLMs and leveraging AI tools to eliminate waste, reduce expenses, and accelerate content creation.
- Facilitate a marketing‑sales feedback loop to improve lead count and quality.
- Utilize Hub Spot for process and workflow improvements and overall CRM administration.
- Bachelor's Degree from a four‑year college or university and 4 years of relevant experience; or a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in lieu of education; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years in a leadership or people‑management role.
- Proven experience developing and executing multi‑channel marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth (digital, email, web, trade shows).
- Strong expertise in demand generation, funnel management, and marketing performance metrics; ability to report insights to executive leadership.
- Hands‑on experience with SEO, website optimization, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and collaboration with e‑commerce teams.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably Hub Spot, including workflow and process optimization.
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Working knowledge of AI and marketing technology tools to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate content creation.
