Position Summary
As Director of Marketing the role leads customer and vertical marketing projects, drives strategic initiatives, and ensures successful execution of campaigns that increase brand recognition, market share, and revenue growth. The director reports directly to the Senior Director of Vertical Marketing and works from a BA Strategic Location on a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the customer and vertical marketing function, ensuring successful delivery of marketing projects and campaigns
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow key verticals across the portfolio
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and best practices specific to marketing projects
- Partner with COE teams to deliver world‑class content in events, campaigns, and other demand generation activities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables on new product introductions and global design models
- Set team targets and metrics conducive to revenue growth objectives
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing project management
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering marketing projects
- Ability to think strategically and drive results
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Annual Base Salary Range – Connecticut and Minnesota: $169,000 – $211,000. Salary may vary based on experience and market conditions.
