As a senior strategic team member, the Integrated Media Associate Director (IMAD) is responsible for leading multichannel integrated media strategy and planning for assigned clients, contributing to other plans, overseeing work, and mentoring team members. The IMAD handles research, development, presentation, and execution of media strategies with limited oversight. They work with and lead media brand teams to create strategies, provide leadership on measurement, reporting, and optimization, and build strong client relationships.
The IMAD participates as the strategic media planning lead in workshops, leads internal team briefings, and brainstorming sessions. They collaborate with Insights and Brand Strategy to develop personas and communication strategies based on media consumption and behavior, delegating tasks as appropriate within the team.
They bring creative solutions to client initiatives, working with Client Engagement, Insights, Brand Strategy, Public Relations, Content Marketing, Social Media, and Creative teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead consistent and effective media strategy and planning processesSet the strategic media direction for assigned clientsOversee media strategy and plan developmentWork with Insights and Brand Strategy to develop personas, journeys, and communication strategiesPresent media strategies and plans to internal teams and clientsCollaborate with various teams including Client Engagement, Public Relations, Content Marketing, Social Media, and CreativeBuild and maintain relationships with clients, teams, and media partnersMentor and guide team membersMaintain knowledge of media channel strategies and networksIntroduce new ideas and champion integrated media strategiesAdditional Responsibilities
