Summary
The Strategic Marketing Specialist conducts market analysis and creates insights into market models and general representations of the market environment, including the analysis of business models of key market players. The results serve as a basis for developing strategic plans, in which the Strategic Marketing Specialist actively participates. Additionally, the Strategic Marketing Specialist supports the sales organization with analysis of customers and specific customer clusters, which are used to guide sales activities.
Responsibilities- Planning and conducting strategic market and customer analysis.
- Responsible for market modeling and evaluating our market position using appropriate methods.
- Evaluating competitors regarding product range, services, and sales strategy.
- Presenting market and customer analysis to leadership team.
- Contributing to the development of customer segmentation and classification.
- Influencing the creation of relevant sales and marketing KPIs.
- Continuously develop and optimize our forward-looking planning, reporting, and analysis tools.
- Participating in the creation of medium- and long-term company strategy.
- Attending conferences and trade shows when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Further education in the field of e‑mobility to gain a better understanding of the entire ecosystem.
- Work experience in marketing and sales for an international company is preferred.
- High degree of initiative, as well as analytical and structured working style.
- Customer orientation and presentation skills.
- Technical understanding and interest in Alpitronic's products.
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to change quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
