• Planning and conducting strategic market and customer analysis.
• Responsible for market modeling and evaluating our market position using appropriate methods.
• Evaluating competitors regarding product range, services, and sales strategy.
• Presenting market and customer analysis to leadership team.
• Contributing to the development of customer segmentation and classification.
• Influencing the creation of relevant sales and marketing KPIs.
• Continuously develop and optimize our forward-looking planning, reporting, and analysis tools.
• Participating in the creation of medium- and long-term company strategy.
• Attending conferences and trade shows when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Further education in the field of e‑mobility to gain a better understanding of the entire ecosystem.
• Work experience in marketing and sales for an international company is preferred.
• High degree of initiative, as well as analytical and structured working style.
• Customer orientation and presentation skills.
• Technical understanding and interest in Alpitronic's products.
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to change quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
