A leading specialty manufacturing facility is seeking Maintenance Technicians and Electro-Mechanical Technicians to support advanced production operations in Monroe, NC. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex mechanical and electrical systems in a high-performance industrial environment.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant and production equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Install and maintain 3-phase motors, motor controls, AC/DC circuits, and basic relay logic
• Support fabrication work, including cutting, welding, and layout
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or technical/trade school training
• Working knowledge of:
• Electrical systems (AC/DC, motors, controls)
• Power transmission and fluid power systems
• Mechanical troubleshooting
• Background in metals, aerospace, or heavy industrial manufacturing preferred
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts (day or night rotations available)
• $77,000 starting annual pay (hourly role with annualized earnings)
• $2/hour shift differential for night shifts
