Starting Pay: $77,000/year

About the RoleA leading specialty manufacturing facility is seeking Maintenance Technicians and Electro-Mechanical Technicians to support advanced production operations in Monroe, NC. This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex mechanical and electrical systems in a high-performance industrial environment.

What You’ll Be Doing- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant and production equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install and maintain 3-phase motors, motor controls, AC/DC circuits, and basic relay logic
- Support fabrication work, including cutting, welding, and layout
- Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or technical/trade school training
- Working knowledge of:
- Electrical systems (AC/DC, motors, controls)
- Power transmission and fluid power systems
- Mechanical troubleshooting
- Background in metals, aerospace, or heavy industrial manufacturing preferred
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts (day or night rotations available)
- $77,000 starting annual pay (hourly role with annualized earnings)
- $2/hour shift differential for night shifts
