Are you excited about this Production and Shipping Specialist job? As a Production and Shipping Specialist at isolved, you will engage in a variety of exciting daily tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. Your day will begin by collaborating with team members to ensure production schedules are met and shipments are prepared efficiently. You will be responsible for inventory management, verifying product quantities, and assembling shipments with meticulous attention to detail.

Utilizing cutting-edge technology, you will track shipments and report on delivery schedules, ensuring our customers receive their products on time. Problem-solving will be a key part of your role as you address any production or shipping challenges that arise.

You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting innovative practices that enhance productivity and quality. Your empathetic approach will shine through as you support a culture of teamwork, maintaining open lines of communication with colleagues and fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure production schedules are met and shipments are prepared efficiently.
• Manage inventory, verify product quantities, and assemble shipments with attention to detail.
• Track shipments and report on delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Address production or shipping challenges with problem-solving and proactive communication.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Support a culture of teamwork and maintain open lines of communication with colleagues.

• Must be conscientious and able to read and follow written instructions.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work under stringent time deadlines.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Ability to operate computer terminals, printers, copy machines, telephone systems, and facsimile machines.
• Machines and Equipment Used: check stuffer and sealer, computer workstation, printers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous scheduling experience is a plus, not a requirement.
