Safety Specialist – Manufacturing

What You’ll Do

• Drive safety programs from strategy to execution
• Lead trainings, audits, and inspections to keep the team sharp and compliant
• Own incident investigations and turn lessons into action
• Partner with leadership and frontline teams to fuel a real safety-first culture
• Coordinate with contractors, regulators, and inspectors like a pro

• Experience in a manufacturing safety role (bonus if it’s paper/pulp)
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and regulatory standards
• Confident communicator who knows how to train, engage, and influence
• Tech-savvy enough to handle reports and data in Microsoft Office
• Associates degree or higher in a safety-related field
