BOBST DIE Cut-Operator - 2nd Shift

• Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
• Assume active role in overall plant facilities-related work. Position requires assisting all jobs on the plant floor.
• Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards.
• May be required to stack parts up to 30 lbs. for a period of up to 12 hours.
• Set-up and operate Bobst machine to produce product according to customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot, perform minor repair and preventative maintenance procedures on Bobst machine.
• Train Helper, as required.
• Performs quality checks as required and takes appropriate corrective action when needed.
• Maintains records of production, work in process, as required.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned or delegated.

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Working mechanical ability.
• Record keeping skills including paper records and computer data input.

• Starting salary for position: $18.00 per hour.
