Shifts:

1st Shift Pay: $15/hr (Closer to $25/hr after yearly bonuses are taken into account)

We are seeking dedicated Basic Production Operators with experience in manufacturing to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation and promptly alert maintenance in case of breakdowns.
• Perform quality checks to identify and rectify any defects or blemishes in the products.
• Label products as acceptable or in need of rework.
• Pack products efficiently and accurately.

• Experience in production and general manufacturing processes.
• Ability to perform inspections and monitor machinery effectively.
• Proficiency in identifying defects and determining necessary rework.

• Experience in quality inspection.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
