We are seeking a Production Scheduler who will play a critical role in turning customer demand into accurate, executable production plans. In this role, you’ll be more than a scheduler—you’ll be a master of coordination, a champion of data integrity, and a key partner in driving on‑time delivery and operational excellence.

- Develop and maintain weekly production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Sequence work orders to optimize labor, equipment usage, and throughput.
- Balance customer demand with production capacity, material availability, and constraints.
- Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans proactively as conditions change.
- Communicate schedule priorities and updates to production leadership.
- Maintain accurate item master data and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Ensure planning parameters and data are consistently accurate and up to date.
- Partner with engineering and operations to validate data and OEE changes.
- Support new item setup in the planning system.
- Create work orders with precision and ensure timely release.
- Complete planning transactions with discipline and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain scheduling and data-related SOPs.
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling and capacity planning in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of MRP/ERP planning logic and BOM setup.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions while maintaining schedule integrity.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Knowledge of material master data structures and how they impact planning accuracy.
- 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, capacity planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience with ERP systems and planning modules (preferred).
- Strong data analysis and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field (preferred).
