Job Description
  • Troubleshoot and make repairs mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ensure all equipment is in safe operating condition before returning equipment to production staff control.
  • Test effectiveness of all repairs.
  • Perform all preventative maintenance.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of facility, equipment, and procedures.
  • Document task completion in accordance with department standards.
  • Communicate all changes and all important information to the Manager or Lead.
  • Troubleshoot and make repairs to electrical systems.
  • Insure that all work centers adhere to 5S discipline.
  • Fabricate equipment or components in a manner compliant with Management of Change standards.
  • Follow and enforce all applicable Environment, health and Safety, ISO, Food Safety and GMP policies and procedures.
  • Report unsafe conditions and behaviors Risk Assessment and NRTHA (Non‑routine task hazard analysis).
  • Maintenance experience required, must be able to competently operate automation, assembly and molding equipment.
  • Must be mechanically inclined and able to identify root cause and corrective action. Must be safety and quality conscious at all times.
  • Must be familiar with the operation of injection molding machines, robots, assembly lines, support systems.
  • Office 360 applications knowledge (intermediate‑advanced).
  • Production environment, must have excellent attendance.
  • Must be responsible, self‑motivated and team oriented.
  • Must be able to make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Must have good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Should be willing to step in with a hands‑on approach when facing periods of uncertainty or change.
