FASTSIGNS #110301 is hiring for a full‑time Sign Production Specialist to join our team!
A Successful FASTSIGNS Production & Install Support Specialist Will:
- Assist with day‑to‑day production tasks including cutting, assembling, cleaning, laminating, and preparing sign materials.
- Follow layouts and work orders to apply vinyl or printed graphics to various substrates.
- Help operate and maintain shop equipment such as printers, laminators, saws, and basic power tools.
- Support installation projects as needed (on‑site training provided).
- Use hand tools and saws safely and confidently for basic fabrication and assembly work.
- Perform quality checks before and after production to ensure accuracy and workmanship.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and storage area.
- Assist team members as needed to keep projects moving on schedule.
Ideal
Qualifications:
- No sign industry experience required – we will train the right candidate.
- Comfortable using hand tools, saws, and light power equipment.
- Mechanically inclined or enjoys working with tools and building things.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for long periods (4+ hours).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
