You may spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment, or troubleshooting technical obstacles, while receiving the training and support you need to excel in your role.
What You’ll Do- Plan, set up, perform, and coordinate quality activities for the assigned employee groups.
- Direct assigned groups in the quality setup and operation of equipment with regard to quality specifications, quantity, proper sequence, and production standards.
- Determine best set‑ups for optimum use of equipment and manpower while minimizing waste and production delays.
- Work from production schedules, stock needed reports, fab shop needs/request, and/or verbal instructions.
- Work with computer programs such as Fab G, Epoxy Production System, Load Sheets, Daily Hours, e‑mail, and other Excel and Word documents.
- Perform all quality‑related functions for the location such as tests, inspections (internal & external), reports, set‑ups, filing, etc.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- High school diploma or GED required.
