Engine Technician

Under the general direction of the Engine Production Manager, the engine technician is responsible for assembling engines and measuring, inspecting, and assembling components to ensure maximum operating efficiency.

* Repairing – repairing items using needed tools and equipment.
** Education/

Experience:

* * Requires working knowledge of basic mechanical skills and competencies.
* Must have a proven track record of building race engines. Must possess a sound understanding of internal combustion engines.
* GED or HS Diploma
** Communication

Skills:

** skills and an excellent sense of customer satisfaction, communicating with other departments, and Requires vision (near, distance, depth) and ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – safety glasses. Constantly manually manipulates.
