Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview

An Order Fulfillment Associate performs a variety of shipping, invoicing, and inventory duties under minimal supervision in support of Archroma's operations.

• Picks, ships and invoices daily orders
• Reviews pricing accuracy on invoices prior to shipping
• Updates a physical inventory routinely
• Performs a variety of routine swatch production procedures
• Operates required equipment according to established safety procedures
• Generates and evaluates color swatches visually and instrumentally to ensure conformance to customer's requirements
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• At least two years of related experience preferred
• Basic computer skills including Outlook email
• Familiarity with shipping systems with or without the assistance of a calculator
• Attention to detail is critical
• Proven history of regular and timely attendance
• Willing and able to learn simple industry technologies
• Able to understand and follow basic instructions for order picking, invoicing, shipping, and production

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Use of hands to reach, grasp, feel, push and pull
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds often
• Use of close vision under artificial light
