• Full part development from print to proven part utilizing Mastercam
• Multi‑axis programming for 5‑Axis Mill and Mill‑Turn applications
• Creating fixture designs and tooling strategies
• Work directly with machinists in a hands‑on, leadership role
• Innovating workflows in a dynamic environment with minimal rigidity
• Supporting continuous improvement across processes and setups

• 3‑5 Axis experience with DMG Mori, Mazak, Doosan, Haas, or Matsuura Mills/Mill turns
• Experience programming with Mastercam
• Previous work with Stainless Steel, Inconel, Aluminum, High performance alloys
• Proven experience in job shop environments
• Ability to lead hands‑on, collaborate, and innovate
