The Regional Vice President of Operations will provide strategic and hands-on leadership for multiple offices, with responsibility for operations in Charlotte and Raleigh
. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction leader who deeply understands labor management
, large-scale field installation challenges
, and the realities of running complex projects across multiple markets.
Beyond operational execution, this role requires a leader who can mentor, motivate, and develop field and office teams
, driving performance while maintaining a strong culture of accountability, safety, and respect.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing regional operations, including project execution, labor strategy, scheduling, and productivity
- Leading and developing project teams, superintendents, and operational leaders
- Ensuring consistent performance across multiple offices and job sites
- Partnering with executive leadership on growth strategy, forecasting, and resource planning
- Driving operational excellence while maintaining strong client relationships
- Proven senior leadership experience in construction operations
, ideally within drywall or large-scale interior systems - Deep understanding of labor management
, workforce planning, and field installation challenges - Experience managing multiple offices or regions
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Willingness to be based in Charlotte, NC
, with regional travel as needed
- Highly competitive compensation
: $250,000-$260,000 base salary - 20–30% annual bonus potential
