Max Pay Rate: $67/hr
Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support complex, large-scale initiatives with broad organizational impact. This role requires strong planning, execution, and stakeholder leadership capabilities to drive successful delivery of strategic projects.
Responsibilities- Lead and support complex project initiatives across multiple business areas
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Analyze project risks, dependencies, and constraints; implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide status reporting
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and governance standards
- Drive resolution of complex project challenges and escalations
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience leading complex, multi-phase initiatives
- Strong risk, issue, and dependency management skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within structured governance frameworks
