Preferred Parking is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Garage Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our parking facilities in the Charlotte area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in operational excellence and great customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of the parking garage
Supervise, schedule, and train parking attendants and staff
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve on-site issues promptly
Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality
Handle cash control, revenue reporting, and basic administrative tasks
Enforce parking policies and company procedures
Coordinate with regional management on operational needs and reporting
Previous experience in parking operations, facilities management, or a supervisory role preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage staff schedules and performance
Comfortable with cash handling, reporting, and basic computer systems
Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including some evenings/weekends as needed)
Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Minimum Associates or advanced degree with 2-3 years of garage management experience.
