Operations & Maintenance Project Manager

Black & Veatch is an ESOP-owned company. This opportunity is for an O&M Project Manager who oversees a portfolio of Operations and Maintenance services projects in the power generation, storage, transmission and distribution space. The role ensures all contractual services are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and with strong customer service. The role involves managing client relationships, supporting proposals, pursuing new business, and leading a diverse team to achieve project and client goals.

While the position is eligible for multiple office locations, the preferred locations for this role are Phoenix, Kansas City, Houston, Charlotte, Tampa, Tualatin, Dallas, and Atlanta. Strong candidates in other listed locations will be considered.

Black & Veatch’s Infrastructure Advisory Business provides a portfolio of solutions focused on the asset lifecycle, including Asset Management & Operations & Maintenance, Infrastructure Technology, Cybersecurity Solutions, Planning and Transactions. You will be part of the Delivery Team supporting Solutions. You will be working with Infrastructure Advisory’s Strategic Asset Management Solution to deliver a wide range of projects and solutions, including asset management plans, gap assessments, asset management strategies, investment plans, risk and resilience assessments, and maintenance strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
• Frequent travel with ability to perform execution field/site-based oversight on an emergency basis.
• Travel to Black & Veatch HQ for team meetings and training as scheduled.
