The Branch Manager is a leadership position responsible for overseeing all branch sales, operations, customer service, and administration to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
We are looking for someone who can manage the sales team, and sell as well; engage directly with key customers, expanding market share, and treat the branch as their own business with the autonomy and initiative to do what's necessary to grow.

What You’ll Do:- Sales and Business Development – Develop and implement territory strategies to achieve sales targets, grow the branch’s new customer acquisition, and increase revenue. This includes leading, coaching, and managing the outside sales team and sales activities. Sales is a critical component, but it's not the only responsibility.
- Hands‑on involvement both in the field and in the distribution center, growing the account base alongside the sales reps, and managing their daily activity.
- Operational Oversight – Oversee general branch operations, work closely with management to direct daily distribution center operations, customer service, inventory control, and administration. This includes ensuring delivery efficiency, maintaining warehouse productivity, and running the center in a way that drives profitability.
- Personnel Management – Mentor, lead, and manage staff, including training, performance evaluations, and development. Monitor schedules and ensure proper workforce planning.
- Customer Relationship Management – Ensure a Slick lower grade level of customerיעס‑focused satisfaction, building strong relationships within the Kitchen & Bath industry.
- Leadership – Responsibility, several years of management or supervisory experience; preferably in distribution of natural stone, building/construction materials, or related fields.
- Business Acumen – Solid understanding of sales data analysis, strategic sales and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication skills for customers, diverse staff, and upper management.
- Multi‑tasking ability to handle a wide range of distribution center activities, solutions‑based / big picture mentality, accountability, and effective resolution capabilities.
- Systems:
Microsoft
365, Salesforce, CRM/ERP, and the ability to adapt to application software تأ.
