• Oversee daily property operations and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with LIHTC and Tax Credit programs.
• Drive financial performance – occupancy, rent collection, and budgets.
• Lead and develop your on‑site team.
• Manage maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Champion LSA’s mission in every interaction.

• 3+ years in conventional housing.
• 3+ years in multifamily housing.
• 1+ year managing LIHTC programs.
• 1+ year as a Community Manager.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with Real Page software (preferred).

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour shifts; occasional Saturdays
Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $25 – $28 per hour
